John Clayton spent more than two decades in retail management before deciding his time and energy should go toward something more meaningful, helping families protect what they work so hard to build. While taking college classes at night and juggling long hours, he saw firsthand how many people were overworked, underpaid, and one crisis away from financial trouble.

In 2018, John earned his insurance license and began building Simple Solutions Financial Services, LLC in Memphis. Since then, he has helped guide over 7,500 families toward life insurance, mortgage protection, and debt elimination strategies that fit real budgets.

John's role today is simple, he listens, teaches in plain language, and designs clear plans that clients can feel confident about. He also mentors agents who want a career with purpose, ownership, and room to grow.
